SHIPPING INFO

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from us, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued. 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and it includes all of your relevant and/or required information.

 

Please use correct abbreviations, street numbers, building, and route information. We DO NOT take responsibility for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered items if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase

Once you purchase and get your confirmation/order number, an email will be sent to you with the link to instant download your Vendors List.




CAN I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?


Once an order has been place the item has immediately been prepped for shipping and is on its way to you. If you need to make a change to your order , please contact me as soon as possible and I will let you know if that can be accommodated.




I DIDN'T RECEIVE A PERSONAL EMAIL CONFIRMATION FROM YOU, WHY?


You may or may not receive an email confirmation directly after your order. Due to the work load and amount of emails received at any given time. However, if you are unsure about your order or if it went through, you can feel free to contact me and I will be happy to confirm your order for you.




WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT A REFUND?


Once an order has been placed, refunds are NOT permitted. I will not offset my business because you have buyer's remorse or may end up needing the money invested in other things. Please make sure of your purchase beforehand.
